All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial to test WhitelistVideo before committing to a paid subscription.
During your trial, you can:
- Test all premium features
- Add child profiles up to your selected tier's limit
- Cancel anytime with no charges
- Experience full parental control functionality
No credit card is required to start your trial. You'll only be asked for payment information when you're ready to subscribe.
2. After Trial Period
Once your paid subscription begins:
- No refunds are provided for subscription fees.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No pro-rated refunds are available for partial billing periods.
We encourage all users to take full advantage of the 7-day free trial to ensure WhitelistVideo meets your family's needs before subscribing.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- 1. Log in to your WhitelistVideo account
- 2. Navigate to Dashboard → Billing
- 3. Click Cancel Subscription
- 4. Confirm your cancellation
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Alternatively, you can email support@whitelist.video to request cancellation.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges: If you were charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Technical issues that prevented service use: If a verified technical problem on our end prevented you from using WhitelistVideo for an extended period.
- Unauthorized account access: If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made.

5. Third-Party Platform Changes
Important: WhitelistVideo relies on the technical infrastructure and page architecture of third-party video platforms (such as YouTube) to provide content filtering services.
If third-party platforms make changes that temporarily affect WhitelistVideo functionality:
- We are committed to fixing compatibility issues at the earliest possible opportunity
- Please report any issues immediately to support@whitelist.video
- Temporary service disruptions due to third-party platform changes are not grounds for refunds
- Extended outages (more than 7 consecutive days) due to third-party changes may be considered on a case-by-case basis
We continuously monitor third-party platforms and work to maintain compatibility. Your prompt reporting of any issues helps us resolve problems faster for all users.
6. Lifetime Subscriptions
Lifetime Subscription purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- After 30 days, Lifetime Subscriptions are non-refundable.
