Can my child uninstall WhitelistVideo?

No. WhitelistVideo uses OS-level protection that prevents children from uninstalling or disabling it. Only parents can uninstall the app using the desktop uninstaller with administrator password. The Chrome extension is enforced via enterprise policies that cannot be bypassed.
