Free Test Period
WhitelistVideo offers a free 2-hour test period so you can try the initial setup and see how the product works on your child's device — no credit card required. The test covers one child with full Premium features, and the clock starts when you activate the first child device, not when you create your account. Need more time? You can request an additional 2 hours automatically.
When the test period ends, access stops and every profile and setting is kept. Subscribe to any plan to restore everything.

How Pricing Works
WhitelistVideo uses per-child pricing. You only pay for the children you protect. In most countries, it costs less than a burger. If it costs more in your country, reach out to support and we will match the price of a burger in your country.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of $299.00 — up to 5 children, all Premium features forever, with the same per-child allowances as Premium (100 channels, 10 playlists, and 50 whitelisted websites per child). Includes a white-glove onboarding call and quarterly check-in calls.

Can I try before paying? Yes! Every new account gets a free 2-hour test period to confirm WhitelistVideo works on your child's device — no credit card required.
Can I change plans anytime? Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. See Subscriptions.
What happens if I cancel? Your subscription ends at the end of your billing period. All profiles and settings are preserved if you resubscribe later.
Are refunds available? Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until your period ends.
What's the best value? The Lifetime plan at $299 covers up to 5 children with every Premium feature. With two children on Premium annual ($239.98/yr), it pays for itself in about 15 months, and you never pay again.
