How to Downgrade
Downgrade your WhitelistVideo plan if you need fewer features.
Downgrade from Premium to Basic
Go to Settings
Click "Settings" button at the bottom of the navigation menu.
Open Subscription & Billing
Click the "Subscription & Billing" manage button.
Click Downgrade
Find and click "Downgrade to Basic".
Review What Changes
A popup shows what changes on Basic. These Premium features switch off:
- Auto-pilot content screening
- Category filtering
- Playlists (Premium includes 10 per child)
- Insights and reporting
- YouTube search-query alerts
- Co-parent / partner access
- Channel limit drops from 100 to 30 per child
- Whitelisted website (domain) limit drops from 50 to 20 per child
Everything else stays on Basic: whitelist-only YouTube on every supported device, the channel request system, Shorts blocked by default, player controls, channel and keyword blocklists, WhatsApp / Telegram notifications and management, and the WhitelistVideo Parents Community.
Confirm Downgrade
Check the confirmation box and click "Confirm Downgrade".
What happens:
- Changes take effect immediately
- You receive a prorated credit for the remaining days
- Your category and Auto-pilot settings are saved (reactivate if you upgrade again)
Cancel Your Subscription
