How to install WhitelistVideo on Android TV
Download and install the WhitelistVideo TV app from the Google Play Store on your Android TV or Google TV device.
What do I need to install WhitelistVideo?

How to install WhitelistVideo from the Play Store on your TV
Using the TV remote

- Use the directional pad on your remote to select letters
- You can also use voice search by pressing the microphone button on your remote and saying "WhitelistVideo"

Find WhitelistVideo - Kids TV in the search results

Select Install
- The app will begin downloading
- Wait for the installation to complete (usually takes less than 1 minute)

Once installed, select Open to launch the app

How to install remotely from your phone
If typing on the TV keyboard is difficult, you can install the app from your phone:

Same account required: Your phone and TV must be signed in to the same Google account for remote installation to work.
What happens after installation?
When you first open WhitelistVideo on the TV, you'll see the activation screen. This is where you'll enter the activation code to connect the app to your parent account.
Don't close the app — you're ready for the next step.

Installation troubleshooting
I can't find WhitelistVideo in the Play Store on my TV
- Make sure you're searching for "WhitelistVideo" (one word)
- Try the direct link from your phone: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=video.whitelist.kidstv (opens in a new tab)
- Verify your TV runs Android TV or Google TV (not Roku, Fire TV, or a proprietary smart TV OS)
The Play Store says "Not compatible with your device"
- WhitelistVideo requires Android TV or Google TV
- Check your TV's operating system: Settings > About > Android TV OS or Settings > System > About
- Older Android TV devices may not be supported
The installation failed or gets stuck
- Check your TV's internet connection
- Make sure you have enough storage space on the TV
- Try restarting your TV and attempting the installation again
- Clear the Play Store cache: Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Clear Cache
I don't see the Google Play Store on my TV
- Some smart TVs that aren't running Android TV may not have the Google Play Store
